TSC cares about your privacy. We want to tell you in detail about the policies and practices which we have adopted to protect your privacy so that you can feel confident about how we handle the personal information you choose to entrust to us online. Types of personally identifiable information we collect.  

We only collect personally identifiable information and data, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, mobile phone numbers, demographic information (age, gender, etc.), and the like, when voluntarily submitted by a Site visitor. Site visitors may choose to submit personally identifiable information to register for Combine events on-line, review Combine Results on-line, or to set up an Online Account. 

What we do with the personally identifiable information. 

Providing personally identifiable information is up to you, our visitor.  By providing us with your person identifiable information, you agree that we may use and share the information in accordance with this Policy.  If you do not want us to use and/or share your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Policy, do not provide the information to us.

You can generally view and use only certain portions of the Site without providing any personally identifiable information.  We collect and use personally identifiable information you provide to us, depending on the circumstances and your reasons for providing us with the information, to enroll you in Combine Events; make available on-line results from Combine Events you have participated in;  email and/or mail to you  updates and news related to Combine Events, promotions and other information about  our products. 

We ask Site visitors providing e-mail addresses to let us know if they would like further information, special offers or updates from our Site; only those who request it will receive follow-up e-mails or other communications from us. We may also ask if you would like to receive information about other products available from members of our family of companies or information and offers from our sponsors. Only those persons 18 years of age and older who expressly ask to receive such information online will get it.  We also offer Site visitors an “opt-out” option at any time they wish to cease receiving e-mails or other information from us.

With whom do we share your personally identifiable information. 

We store and secure any personally identifiable information we collect from you internally and will not share your personally identifiable information in any manner inconsistent with this Policy.

We may also share your personally identifiable information with our business partners who may be joining us in a particular promotion or activity and/or our marketing affiliates who assist us with compiling standard demographic information in order to help us with product improvement and development. However, we will never sell personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide us to any third party. The information is used solely by us, our agents (such as advertisers and marketers responsible for compiling and analyzing this information for TSC) or business partners to respond to your requests and to better serve you.

Although your personally identifiable information will not be sold, TSC may disclose your personally identifiable information to an actual or potential acquiring party of all or a substantial portion of TSC or TSC’s assets through a merger, asset purchase or consolidation, or even through bankruptcy or similar proceedings. Such acquiring party shall be bound by contractual obligations to protect the confidentiality and privacy of the personally identifiable information disclosed to them and to secure such information in a manner consistent with this Policy. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquiring party of TSC or its assets may continue to use your personally identifiable information as set forth in this Policy.

Other than what is listed above, your personally identifiable information will not be shared with any person or entity outside of TSC and its family of companies.

Collection, Use and Sharing of  Other Information. 

TSC uses cookies and tracks IP addresses.  Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s hard drive which contain non-personally identifiable information about the user.  IP addresses are the unique code assigned to your computer as connected to the Internet.  Neither cookies nor IP addresses generally permit TSC to personally identify you.  We use “cookie” technology and IP addresses only to obtain non-personally identifiable information from online Site visitors to provide them with the best possible personalized online experience. To do this we do keep track of the type of browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape) and operating system (e.g., Windows, Macintosh) used by the Site visitor, and the domain name of the Site visitor’s Internet service provider. We also track the total number of visitors to our Site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our Site; personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process. We also use cookies to help us figure out which of our web pages visitors stop at and how long they stay there. This helps us keep our Site fresh and interesting to the majority of our visitors. Cookie technology also helps us deliver content tailored to a Site visitor’s interests. You may disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. However, if you do disable cookies, we may be unable to optimize your visit to our Site. Note that your IP address and cookies are not connected to any personally identifiable or online contact information like a name and address, so you and your family remain anonymous.

TSC may also collect and share marketing information related to: (1) the number of persons who open TSC’s email blasts; (2) what links and web pages Site visitors access; (3) how long Site visitors stay at certain pages; and (4) how Site visitors got to the specific pages (via advertising, email blasts, online banners, etc.)  This information is collected in the aggregate, and is not connected to any personally identifiable information.

All of the above-referenced cookies, IP addresses and marketing information will be collected and managed by our outside marketing vendors.

Collecting  information without consent. 

TSC does not collect information passively through cookies or other tracking mechanisms except in the circumstances described above. Cookies DO NOT contain any personally identifiable information about a specific Site visitor. We do not use cookies or other non-consensual methods to collect personally identifiable information or online contact information about you or your family off of your computer. Cookies are also not used to collect information specifically about you or your family for sharing with third parties.

Children Under 13 - Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information.

TSC may collect and store personal information about children under 13 ("children" or "child") if it is submitted by the parent or guardian in connection with any of our website registrations. To determine who is younger than 13 years old and whether parental consent is required, we ask all users who wish to register to submit their date of birth. Those users that indicate they are less than 13 years of age are taken through a parental consent process. If provided by the parent or guardian, TSC may collect and store the following types of personal information about a child under 13: name, email address, parent's or guardian's name, and parent's or guardian's email address. TSC may also collect the child’s mailing address when necessary to fulfill a registration. TSC may also collect demographic information about a child such as the child's date of birth, gender, and sport preferences; and, combine such information with the child's personal information. TSC will only collect this information if it is voluntarily submitted to us by the child’s parent or guardian.

Once collected, a child's registration information may be used to: (a) fulfill a transaction, such as registering for a Combine event and, (b) allow us to send the child requested promotional materials, including information about upcoming Combine events and promotions. We may also use the information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, so that we can constantly improve the products and services we provide our visitors and to better meet their needs.

Parental Access.

A parent who has already given TSC permission to collect and use his or her child's personal information can, at any time, do the following: (1) review, correct, or have deleted the child's personal information; and/or, (2) discontinue further collection or use of the child's personal information. To do so, please refer to the confirmation email provided to you when you gave consent or contact us at ??? and be sure to include your child's name and email address, your name and email address, and the name of the site at which your child is registered. To make changes to your child's demographic information, you may also visit the online profile section of one of our sites. We will be happy to honor your request.

Safeguarding other personally identifiable information. 

We have instituted safeguards to check that our internal procedures meet our high Policy standards. We also use our best efforts to be sure that third parties who work with us agree to protect personally identifiable information that they must access in order to serve our Site and our visitors.

We may from time to time offer links to other sites.  It is our policy to try to link only with sites that share our views on privacy. We are not responsible for the content or information collection policies of other sites. Changes to our Privacy Policy.

We may from time to time update and change our Privacy Policy.  You are encouraged to read our most current Privacy Policy when you visit our Site to ensure that you agree with it.  The effective date will be posted at the bottom of the last page of the Privacy Policy.  We will not make any changes that have retroactive effect unless legally required to do so.

Any change to this Policy is effective immediately. If we make a change that will affect how we use and/or share personally identifiable information already collected from you, we will notify you by email and give you thirty (30) days to opt out of such change.
